Who is the service ideal for?
- Anyone who wants their brows to appear bigger, fluffier, and fuller
- Those with sparse brows (Not ideal if you are missing large areas of your brows)
- Those who are growing out their brows
- Those with unruly, coarse brows
- Those with stubborn natural hair growth patterns
- Those not ready to commit to Permanent Makeup
How long does it last?
Depending on the structure and growth of the natural brow hair, it can last up to 6 weeks. Keeping the brows well hydrated will help to keep the results lasting longer.
How often can they have this treatment done?
We suggest our clients do not have this treatment done any sooner than 6 weeks in between to avoid over processing or damaging the natural brow hair. For those with very delicate brow hairs we would recommend waiting 8-10 weeks in between treatments.
Contraindications:
This treatment may not be for you if any of the following apply.

- Alopecia (no hair to treat)
- Recent Permanent Make up (Must be healed by 6 weeks)
- Sunburn
- Ultra-Sensitive Skin
- Blood Thinners
- Herpes Simplex (If your cold sore isn’t active, we can do the treatment)

- Pregnant/Breast Feeding (We can do the treatment but it is notable that your skin can be more sensitive. But we always suggest consulting with your doctor.)
How to prepare for the appointment:
- You cannot trim your brows at least 1 month prior. If your brows are cut blunt then we will not be able to achieve the fluffy look and have very choppy results.
- They must discontinue the use of skincare containing retinol, AHAs/BHAs, hydroquinone, and benzoyl peroxide a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment.
- Avoid chemical peels or intensive facial treatments at least 1 week prior to Brow Lamination.
- If you are currently taking Accutane (acne medication), you cannot have this treatment until you have discontinued the use for at least 6 months.
Aftercare:
- Do not rub or move the placement of the hairs for at least the first day. This can affect how the brows set.
- Be mindful of sleeping on your face the first 24 hours for the same reason as the above.
- Avoid applying makeup to the eyebrows for at least 24 hours.
- Avoid getting the brows wet for at least 24 hours. This will deactivate the perming solution and the results won’t last. We suggest washing your face at the end of the day with a face cloth so no water comes in contact with the eyebrows.
- You must comb your brows daily or set with gel to style them into place. They do not stay in a frozen position on their own. You have the freedom to style them how you want on a daily basis!
- After 24 hours, you must hydrate your brows daily so that they do not become too dry and brittle. We provide a conditioner for the first time you try this service. *This is a VERY important step for you to follow.
