Return Policy
- Unopened/unused items may be returned to original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.
- All shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you have taken advantage of free shipping and need to return/exchange, you are responsible for shipping costs on the return.
- Items on sale/blowout/clearance are a FINAL SALE.
Shipping Policy
- All items are shipped by Canada Post in Surrey, BC.
- Order will be shipped within 5 business days of order.
- We cannot guarantee delivery date so please order with ample time, especially during the holiday season.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once they have been paid.
Booking Appointments
- We require you to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Should you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. This is non-refundable.
Cancellation/No Show
- We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or no show the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.
- If you neglect to follow your pre-appointment instructions and you are not able to receive the service, you will need to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the service.
Late Arrival
- If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
- Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a 50% cancellation fee and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Guarantee
- Brows of Joy offers NO GUARANTEE for Brow Tattoo (Microblading, Combo Brows, Powder Brows) results.
- Individual results will vary from client to client.
- Aftercare of your Brow Tattoo (Microblading, Combo Brows, Powder Brows) and your skin type will directly contribute to your final results.
- Some may require additional touch ups to achieve their desired results.

- Cash, Debit and all major credit cards are accepted (Visa / MC / Amex).
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
