If you fail to follow the pre-appointment instructions and are unable to have the treatment done, this will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the service total.

WAXING

  • Discontinue the use of skincare containing retinol, AHAs/BHAs, hydroquinone, and benzoyl peroxide a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment. If using a prescribed topical from your doctor, discontinue for 5 days prior.
  • Avoid chemical peels or intensive facial treatments at least 1 week prior to waxing.
  • If taking Accutane (acne medication), you must discontinue for 6 months prior to waxing.

EYELASH LIFTS

  • Arrive without wearing any eye makeup.
  • Contacts must be removed at the time of the appointment. We keep contact solution on hand.
  • As you cannot wet the lashes 24 hours after treatment, we recommend showering ahead of time.

BROW LAMINATION

  • Do not trim your brows at least 1 month prior. If your brows are cut blunt then we will not be able to achieve the fluffy look and have very choppy results.
  • Discontinue the use of skincare containing retinol, AHAs/BHAs, hydroquinone, and benzoyl peroxide a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment.
  • Avoid chemical peels or intensive facial treatments at least 1 week prior to Brow Lamination.

  • Avoid facial waxing and laser for 48 hours prior to the treatment.
  • Discontinue the use of skincare containing retinol, AHAs/BHAs, hydroquinone, and benzoyl peroxide a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment.
  • Please notify us if you are taking any medications that cause photosensitivity.

  • If taking Accutane (acne medication), you must discontinue for 6 months prior to chemical peels.
